- Property URL, property ID, listing title, or screenshot.
- Name, phone number, email, or profile details of the person involved.
- Why you believe the listing or person is suspicious.
- Payment proof, chat screenshots, call details, or documents if available.
- Your contact details so our team can follow up if needed.
Common Warning Signs
- Someone asks for token money, advance, rent, deposit, or booking amount before basic verification.
- Property photos look copied, inconsistent, or too good for the price.
- The person refuses a video call, site visit, ownership proof, or proper documentation.
- The same property is listed with multiple names, numbers, or prices.
- Someone claims to be from PinDomo and asks for payment outside official communication.
